Delivery and Returns
Delivery times given are approximate, and all items should arrive safely and securely by Courier or Royal Mail.
The order will be delivered to the address you specify. It is important that the address is accurate. We cannot accept any liability for any loss or damage to the goods once they have been delivered in accordance with your delivery instructions. The order will be delivered by the date quoted for delivery but delivery times are not guaranteed. If the delivery is delayed due to any cause beyond our reasonable control, the delivery date will be extended by a reasonable period and we will contact you to arrange an alternative time.
Items will be ready for immediate dispatch unless stated and we aim to send items within 7-10 working days of receiving your order. Please note bank holiday deliveries can take longer to be dispatched.
Delivery prices are based on the size and weight of the parcel being dispatched and also on the delivery location. We reserve the right to refuse to deliver any products at any time. We will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of our withdrawing any product from delivery.
Delivery to the Highlands and parts of Ireland does cost more and is displayed at checkout. At checkout you are able to choose either Highlands or Ireland and this will calculate your postage for you. Free delivery excludes Highlands and Ireland.
Please note we will instruct the couriers to NOT leave parcels outside.
Bespoke items are made to order and unless the item arrives with you damaged, we are unable to accept returns of bespoke items.
We hope you are delighted with your order but we understand that there are occasions that you may want to return items or that a parcel arrives damaged or faulty.
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase please return it to us in an unused condition in the original packaging within 7 days for a exchange or refund of the full purchase price. You are required to pay the return postage costs unless the item was received faulty. Please email us at info@castlehomeinteriors.com and we can discuss your returns prior to you sending it back.
Please note that we are not responsible for return postage, with the exception of faulty items or goods damaged in transit.
If your item arrives damaged please make sure you contact us within 12 hours of receipt. We cannot be held responsible for damages reported after this period.
We will also require you to supply us with photographs of the damage goods and packaging within 24 hours.
Once you have contacted us, you must take reasonable care of the goods you wish to return and not use them.
Please ensure the parcel is packaged adequately to ensure that the goods are not damaged in transit. Otherwise we may not be able to exchange or refund you. We recommend that you use an insured, registered delivery service and keep the Proof Of Posting receipt as we cannot accept liability for the goods lost or damaged in transit.
Refunds will be processed within 5 working days of receiving the returned goods.
All prices shown on our website are correct at the time of publication and are all in British Pounds, and include VAT at the current rate. All prices may be changed without prior notice.

We are an environmentally friendly business and strongly believe in recycling when and wherever possible. It may be that your order will not be packed using brand new materials, however, all recycle packaging will be fit for purpose and in good condition and the goods inside will be in its original condition and just as you anticipated.
